About editing PDF metadata
PDF files embed metadata (document properties) such as title, author, subject, keywords, creator, and creation/modification dates. This tool reads a PDF, shows its current metadata, and lets you rewrite each field and save a new PDF. It is handy for organizing documents, improving searchability and SEO, and removing personal information like author names before publishing.
Everything runs entirely in your browser and your PDF is never sent to a server. After editing you can download the result as "metadata-edited.pdf" while your original file stays untouched. Enter keywords as a comma-separated list, and leave a date blank to keep that field unchanged.
