About extracting and splitting PDF pages

Pull out just the pages you need from a PDF, or split a single PDF into one file per page. This is handy when you want to share only specific pages of a meeting deck, reorganize a contract, or break a large PDF into more manageable pieces. Once the page count is shown, simply specify the range you want to extract and a new PDF is generated.

Everything happens inside your browser, and the PDF you upload is never sent to any server. You can safely process confidential documents and files containing personal information. For extraction, combine ranges (with a hyphen) and single pages (comma separated) like "1-3,5,8-10", and pages appear in the order you entered them. In split mode, each page can be downloaded as its own PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Is the uploaded PDF sent anywhere?
No. All processing happens in your browser and the PDF data is never transmitted to any server or third party. It even works offline.
How do I write the page range?
Use 1-based numbering. Combine ranges with a hyphen and separate multiple entries with commas, e.g. "1-3,5,8-10". Use a single number for one page and start-end for a range. Nonexistent pages and duplicates are ignored automatically.
Can I save multiple pages at once in split mode?
After splitting, a list of download links for each page is shown, so save the pages you need individually. Files are named with the page number, such as page-1.pdf.
